Job Title: Hardware Engineer

At Fly2Infinity, we are seeking a highly skilled Hardware Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and testing hardware components for various electronic devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop hardware components for electronic devices, ensuring functionality, performance, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and ensure seamless integration.
  • Conduct circuit analysis and simulation to optimize performance and signal integrity.
  • Create and review PCB layouts for manufacturability and signal integrity.
  • Develop and debug firmware for embedded systems, ensuring efficient and reliable operation.
  • Perform hardware testing and validation to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and resolve hardware issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to select and source components, ensuring quality and reliability.
  • Support the integration of hardware with software systems, ensuring seamless interaction and functionality.
  • Document design specifications, test plans, and validation reports, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide valuable input for continuous improvement, ensuring the highest quality and innovation.
  • Stay updated with the latest hardware technologies and industry trends, ensuring Fly2Infinity remains at the forefront of innovation.
  • Adhere to quality and regulatory standards in hardware development, ensuring compliance and excellence.
  • Provide technical support to internal teams and external partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to product enhancement and innovation, ensuring Fly2Infinity remains a leader in the industry.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in hardware design and development, with a strong understanding of analog and digital circuits.
  • Proficiency in PCB layout tools and techniques, with experience in firmware development for embedded systems.
  • Knowledge of signal integrity and power integrity concepts, with familiarity with hardware debugging tools and techniques.
  • Ability to perform design verification and validation tests, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance, with experience with hardware simulation and modeling tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality in design and documentation, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
