Key Responsibilities:

The primary focus will be on developing and maintaining applications on the IBM AS400 iSeries platform using RPGLE programming.

  • Developing and implementing efficient code solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Collaborating with junior developers to ensure successful project delivery and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will require expertise in Integrated Language Environment (ILE), SEU, PDM, DFU, and Spool files. Additionally, a strong understanding of iSeries Navigator and Integrated File System (IFS) is necessary. Bonus skills include knowledge of Web Services, XML, HTML, and JavaScript.

  • Proficient in creating and debugging RPG/CL programs, including Sub-procedures, Subroutines, and Service Programs.
  • Ability to manage and optimize system resources for improved performance.
