Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team. This role will focus on delivering business insights through advanced data analysis and modeling.

About the Role

This position involves developing a deep understanding of stakeholders' data needs, focusing on leadership models. The ideal candidate will be able to integrate customer insights into strategic planning and resource allocation decisions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement advanced statistical methods to analyze large datasets and identify key trends and patterns.
  • Partner with Sales Operations to drive key processes and collaborate on joint initiatives.
  • Identify, prioritize, and lead the development of new analytical tools and capabilities across the organization.
  • Encourage continuous improvement, innovation, and adoption of new solutions.
  • Introduce advanced analytics practices to establish a competitive advantage.
  • Access diverse data sources and leverage information effectively.
  • Communicate findings through clear presentations and multiple channels.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (Engineering, Operations Research, Management Science, Economics, Statistics, Applied Math, Computer Science, or Data Science).
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Healthcare analytics or secondary data analysis.
  • At least 5 years of experience applying advanced statistical methods to large datasets.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Databricks and proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong experience analyzing large longitudinal data sources (Claims, EMR, and other patient-level datasets).

Working Environment

The successful candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills, as well as a proven ability to handle and analyze large-scale databases. A solid background in statistical analysis and modeling is also essential.
