Role Overview

This is a part-time technology leadership role ideal for senior leaders who want to contribute to an early-stage startup on a flexible basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive the tech roadmap for our 0–1 journey.
  • Oversee the design and development of our LMS platform and integrations.
  • Evaluate and onboard the right technology stack, tools, and vendors.
  • Build and mentor an initial tech/product team.
  • Advise on AI/ML, personalization, and data-driven features for learner experience.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling digital platforms.
  • Hands-on expertise in product architecture, cloud infrastructure, and security.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, APIs, and integrations is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fractional / part-time capacity, balancing strategy and hands-on execution.
  • Strong communication and mentoring skills.
