Job Description

The primary role of a Software Testing Automation Specialist is to design, develop and maintain test automation frameworks that enable efficient and effective testing of software applications. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs, developing and maintaining test automation scripts, and identifying and reporting defects found during testing.

  • Develop and implement automated testing processes using various tools and technologies such as Katalon, Selenium and Appium.
  • Design and develop test automation frameworks that meet the business requirements of the organization.
  • Collaborate with developers and QA engineers to ensure that automated tests are integrated into the development process.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts to ensure that they are accurate, efficient and easy to use.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of manual testing principles and practices.
  • Experience with automation testing tools such as Katalon, Selenium and Appium.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
