Job Title: Infrastructure Stability Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Stability Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and performance of our technical infrastructure.

  • This involves providing technical support and maintenance to ensure that our systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • A strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and DevOps tools is essential for success in this role.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, Autosys, Grafana/Loki/Prometheus is also desirable.
  • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker, Loki and orchestration tools like Kubernetes (preferably EKS or OpenShift) is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical support or engineering, preferably in AI/ML/GenAI environments.
