Key Responsibilities- Manage Renewal Pipeline:
You will monitor and manage the renewal pipeline to ensure timely and accurate renewals of SaaS subscriptions. This involves working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to maximize their investment in our products.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a seamless renewal process and address any issues that may arise. You will also maintain accurate records of customer interactions and renewals in the CRM system and provide regular reports on renewal status and forecasts.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Education:
A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required. Additionally, you should have proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication Skills:
You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills are also essential.

You should be able to build and maintain strong customer relationships, demonstrating a customer-centric approach to your work.
