Job Summary

We are seeking an expert in software quality and automation to lead the development of efficient test systems that leverage AI and automation tools.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and deliver comprehensive test frameworks using cutting-edge technology such as Gemini, CoPilot, BedRock, Applitools, Mabl, or custom scripts.
  • Implement self-healing test automation, intelligent test prioritization, and visual validation using AI-driven solutions to ensure high-quality products.
  • Develop innovative utilities and bots that accelerate test creation, data setup, and documentation processes.
  • Analyze product behavior, test results, and production data to uncover risks and reduce bug leakage, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Evaluate existing test processes for efficiency, reliability, and maintainability, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
  • Demonstrate expertise in integrating AI solutions into existing QA workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and coverage.
  • Craft comprehensive test suites and develop a robust automation system encompassing Web, Mobile, and API functionalities to guarantee exceptional product reliability.
  • Assemble testing procedures to ensure all facets of quality assurance are addressed, validating project requirements and executing testing protocols.
Requirements
  • Prioritize product quality with 2+ years of testing experience in cloud or on-premise environments.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing AI tools to solve complex engineering problems.
  • Showcase automation expertise using Selenium and scripting/programming skills in languages like Java, adhering to coding best practices and design patterns.
  • Exhibit a strong background in functional testing, encompassing integration, regression, data migration, and integrity testing procedures.
  • Display knowledge of RESTful web services and familiarity with incorporating automation into CI/CD pipeline(s).
  • Showcase ability to work quickly and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting, demonstrating ownership, accountability, and effective time management.
