Job Overview

This key role is centered around delivering and implementing software solutions for clients, encompassing technical discussions, solution design, and project management.

The individual will be responsible for owning the client relationship end-to-end – ensuring timely implementation, driving time-to-value, and being accountable for client satisfaction (CSAT).

  • You'll address complex technical challenges to enable your clients to focus on their business — this includes architecting and designing scalable solutions for large enterprises, as well as utilizing expertise to integrate systems seamlessly into cloud infrastructure.
  • You'll drive and/or participate in technical solution discussions, delving into details with client teams.
  • Deliver product and technical presentations to potential clients
  • A deep understanding of end-to-end client operations is required, working as a consultant to clients in identifying key business challenges and positioning appropriate technology solutions.
  • Long-term strategies will also be developed to improve client business operations through data management tools and services, providing continuous value to clients' business.
  • This entails contributing to industry knowledge sharing, presenting at events, writing white papers, blogs, and running workshops.
