Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automation Specialist to join our innovative team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Java and Selenium.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand testing requirements
  • Execute and manage test cases, document results, and track defects
  • Enhance and maintain our automation framework to improve coverage and efficiency
  • Review test code, suggest improvements, and ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Monitor test performance and continuously optimize for speed and accuracy
  • Stay current with evolving automation trends, tools, and technologies
  • Mentor junior QA engineers in automation best practices
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies like daily stand-ups and sprint planning

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in automation testing
  • Strong expertise in Java and Selenium Web Driver
  • Familiarity with JavaScript and test frameworks like TestNG or JUnit
  • Excellent analytical and debugging skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proven experience in Agile environments; knowledge of CI/CD is a plus
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
