About the Role

This position plays a key role in the coordination and execution of financial crimes compliance issues management programs aligned with our Global Financial Crimes Compliance Escalation and Issue Management Standard.

  • The candidate will identify responsive issues management data, research stakeholders, and develop relevant materials for analysis, reporting, and presentation purposes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Familiarize yourself with our financial crimes compliance framework.
  • Develop expertise on global Anti-Money Laundering, Sanctions, and Anti-Bribery & Corruption regulatory regimes.
  • Develop subject matter knowledge on Issues Management policy, standard, and procedures.
  • Create and maintain detailed process documentation for GFCD IM Data Management processes.
  • Collaborate with regional IM Units as part of the IM Global Utility Management (GUM) team supporting issues management activities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Financial Services, preferably in Compliance, Risk Management or related areas.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • A team player with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and work hard.
  • Good work ethics with strong verbal and written communication skills.
