Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team in managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring the high availability of our systems, minimizing downtime, and enabling business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, and user account lifecycle
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting services
  • Collaborating with teams to enable automation, bots, and AI-driven tools
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy Objects
  • Basic knowledge of server hardware, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud (Azure/AWS)
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell and Bash
  • Working knowledge of endpoint security, email management, and user support
