Senior Front-End Designer & Team Lead

About the Role:

As our Senior Front-End Designer & Team Lead, you will be responsible for owning the front-end vision of our digital platforms while leading a small team of designers and developers. Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a front-end design/development team

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of front-end development experience
  • 2+ years in a leadership or team management capacity
  • A proven portfolio demonstrating end-to-end project execution
  • Ability to balance high-level leadership with hands-on development
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
