Financial Accountant

We are seeking a skilled Accounting Professional to join our team. This role requires expertise in financial accounting, bookkeeping, and statutory compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Recording daily accounting entries, including invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses
- Managing vendor invoices, payment tracking, and reconciliations with accuracy
- Assisting in TDS payment, Softex filing, and GST working under senior accountant's guidance
- Maintaining books of accounts in Zoho Books (India) and supporting with QuickBooks (US entity) where required
- Preparing and reconciling bank statements, including foreign client payments (USD/EUR) for export transactions
- Supporting month-end closing activities and preparing audit-ready documentation
- Coordinating with the HR team and processing payroll using payroll software
- Ensuring records are updated for statutory filings, external audits, and other compliance and reporting needs
Required qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or commerce
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and statutory compliance (preferably IT/ITES industry)
- Proficiency in Zoho Books (mandatory)
- Exposure to QuickBooks and automated vendor payment tools will be an added advantage
- Ability to work independently on day-to-day accounting and support senior accountants in compliance activities
