Job Title: ASIC Test Engineer
Key Responsibilities:- Develop test plans for various blocks/interfaces and functionality on an Advantest V93000 platform using SmarTest 8.
- Design tests for critical areas such as ADC/DAC, SERDES, ATPG, Boundary Scan, and others.
- Create high voltage stress testing, very low voltage (VLV) testing, and IO parametric tests.
- Conduct top-level verification functional patterns and production test & yield ramp analysis.
- Provide failure analysis support with debug routines and technical reports.
This is a challenging position that requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving abilities and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Strong understanding of digital logic and analog circuit design.
- Experience with test development software such as SmarTest 8.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
