Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Physician Reviewer to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing clinical information and medical records, summarizing relevant details based on established guidelines and criteria.

  • Clinical experience: A minimum of 1 year is required.
  • Auditing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • You should possess strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Working within timelines and obtaining necessary sign-offs from stakeholders is crucial.
  • Maintenance and updating reports as required is also essential.
  • You must meet productivity and quality targets.
  • Availability for meetings and calls as required is necessary.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Liaise with the program/project manager as needed.
  • Becoming a good team player and being collaborative in approach is important.
  • Conduct all job functions and responsibilities in accordance with all company policies, procedures, and programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • MBBS in India or MD (foreign medical graduates).
  • MCI license is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Prior experience with US healthcare is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, and PPT is necessary.
Benefits

  • Shift time: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM IST.
  • Weekends off.
