Long-Term Remote Payroll Business Analyst Contract

A renowned organization is seeking a skilled Payroll Business Analyst for an extended remote contract role. As a member of the Service Delivery Organization, this professional will analyze business processes and collaborate closely with Service Delivery Leaders, Process Analysts, Systems Analysts, Project Managers, and other global technology roles to develop, document, and deliver process and systems solutions that support the company's payroll and timekeeping strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop functional design documentation
  • Collaborate with technical teams to communicate requirements and ensure successful implementation
  • Provide input on process and system solutions to meet business needs
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or payroll analyst
  • 3-4 years of experience in payroll systems (Neyamo, Deel, SD Worxs, Strada, ADP Global View)
  • Experience implementing or converting to a new payroll system
  • Strategic thinker
  • Fluent in English
Nice to Have Skills and Experience:
  • Experience with timekeeping – specifically protime
  • Experience with Azure DevOps for requirements and testing – using the agile template for user stories
