Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visual assets across digital and print media. You will collaborate with branding experts, copywriters, and marketing teams to deliver compelling designs that communicate client stories, elevate brand identities, and engage audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualization & Design: Translate briefs into powerful visuals, including logos, brand identities, social media creatives, websites, packaging, print collateral, and advertising campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with strategy, marketing, and technology teams to align design with brand positioning and campaign objectives.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across multiple platforms for diverse clients.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Bring fresh perspectives and bold ideas while ensuring designs are practical and executable.
  • Adaptation & Production: Create production-ready files for both digital and print outputs (brochures, presentations, signage, packaging, etc.).
  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated on design, marketing, and cultural trends to keep work fresh and relevant.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign, and multi-channel design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or similar tools is a plus.
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Ability to balance creativity with strategy and client goals.
  • Strong time management skills; ability to work on multiple projects under deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of digital formats (social media, web) and print production.
  • Motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design knowledge is a plus.
