Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the migration from Cisco DUO and RSA Securid to Microsoft Authenticator while ensuring seamless user experience.
  • Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on multifactor technologies, providing technical guidance and support for integration and troubleshooting.
  • Designing and developing comprehensive multifactor solutions in collaboration with architecture teams.
  • Developing and enforcing multifactor policies and procedures aligned with the organization's security framework.
  • Providing training and support to internal teams and end-users on multifactor processes and tools.
  • Implementing monitoring solutions to track multifactor usage, analyze performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
