Job Title: Fundraising & Valuation Expert

We are seeking a seasoned fundraising and valuation professional to lead our Series A fundraising journey. As a key member of our team, you will drive the fundraising process with top-tier VCs, family offices, and high net worth individuals. Your expertise will help us secure funding and propel our growth.

• Lead the Series A fundraising process, developing and executing strategic plans to secure investment from leading VCs, family offices, and HNIs.
• BUILD strong relationships with investors and maintain a robust outreach pipeline, ensuring timely and successful deal closure.
• Develop financial models, projections, and investor decks to articulate our value proposition and drive investment interest.
• Oversee due diligence, compliance, and deal structuring to ensure seamless execution.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO in investor meetings, pitches, and negotiations, providing critical support in securing investment.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity.
• A proven track record of successfully raising funds or closing Series A / growth-stage deals.
• Strong skills in valuations, financial modeling, and capital structuring.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience in the EdTech, SaaS, or global education sectors is an advantage.
