Job Responsibilities:
  • We're seeking an experienced Sr. Backend Developer to design and develop high-performance RESTful APIs using Node.js and MongoDB.
  • You will optimize backend performance for large data volumes and high-traffic environments.
  • Develop and maintain architectures ensuring data policies, security, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Design and implement microservices-based solutions for modularity and maintainability.
  • Manage and optimize MongoDB, including indexing, aggregation, and performance tuning.
  • Collaborate with DevOps to ensure scalability, reliability, and security of backend systems.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and secure code following industry best practices.
  • Implement logging, monitoring, and debugging tools for system reliability.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in backend development with Node.js and MongoDB.
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture and system design principles.
  • Experience building and maintaining multi-tenant SaaS applications.
  • Proven experience handling large-scale data and high-traffic production systems.
  • Proficiency in MongoDB and its components.
  • Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging queues.
  • Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms.
  • Strong experience with API development best practices and security.
  • Familiarity with cloud services for backend infrastructure.
