A strong Engineering Manager will lead Java Development teams with experience in data structures, algorithms, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, object-oriented analysis and design skills.

They must possess hands-on experience with n-tier web architecture, workflow, and security. Experience in user interface design, usability, information architecture, or data modeling is a plus.

  • Lead cross-functional teams of at least 10-12 members with excellent team management skills.
  • Manage end-to-end project management using SCRUM/Agile with proven success.
Requirements:

Experience in designing and/or developing Solutions based on Products/Packages.
