Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop high-performance power conversion systems for automotive applications, ensuring reliability and efficiency.

- Collaborate with electronics, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to bring innovative solutions to life.

- Develop user-friendly UI for engineering, production, and service teams, enhancing productivity and efficiency.

- Own and drive firmware/software design from conceptualization to testing and production, ensuring quality and reliability.

- Prepare and maintain up-to-date documentation related to design and development, effectively communicating technical and non-technical information to stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Passion for engineering and power electronics, with a drive to create new ideas and bring them to practice.

- Strong work ethic, bias towards action, and readiness to step outside comfort zones.

- Attitude of systematic problem-solving, with a strong background in electronics engineering, embedded systems, and communication protocols.

- Proficiency in coding languages, GUI development, and hardware engineering, with a willingness to learn and grow.
