About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our IT Sales Division at Gleecus TechLabs Inc. This is a full-time role based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate the US IT services market.
  • Identify new business opportunities, engage with potential clients, and build strong customer relationships.
  • Achieve sales targets, contribute to revenue growth, and drive business expansion in the IT services sector.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in IT Inside Sales with a focus on the US market.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and converting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) into Sales Qualified Leads.
  • Experience using ZoomInfo SalesOS, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot for lead generation.
  • Proficient in Cold Calling, Email Marketing, and other sales techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to pitch IT services effectively.
