Lead Technology Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Lead Technology Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our consulting practice, you will work with clients to deliver end-to-end AI and analytics solutions.

Your primary focus will be on the data engineering and application engineering components of the overall solution. You will collaborate with internal data science teams for the machine learning aspects.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving problem discovery, scoping, program management, delivery etc.
  • Leading requirements elicitation using a combination of business acumen and technology understanding
  • Translating solutions requirements to technical architects. Reviewing solution design & estimation for conformity with client requirements.
  • Coordinating program delivery (communicating updates, bottlenecks, risks, delays etc)
  • Measuring and articulating the value of solutions developed to help drive solution adoption by business teams.

You will have a strong background in technology consulting, with experience in multiple data systems (cloud / on-premise, classical RDBMS / big-data / NoSQL). You will also have project planning and tracking experience in agile and waterfall paradigms.

We are looking for someone with a strong techno-functional background, who is able to manage teams and work with clients.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8-14 years of relevant experience, some of which have been in hands-on development.
  • Strong experience working on programs with significant application engineering and development components.
  • Experience with different source systems (flat-files to ERP systems to real-time sources) and their impact on the design, functioning, and maintenance of data systems.
  • Experience working on MLOps/DevOps in the context of cloud-based predictive analytics solution deployment.
