Frontend Developer Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Developer to join our team. This frontend-only role emphasizes HTML, CSS (Tailwind CSS preferred), and JavaScript (Stimulus JS preferred).

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented in UI/UX implementation, able to work independently, and communicate clearly with a small distributed team.

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain user-facing features for Ruby on Rails applications using Tailwind CSS, HTML, and Stimulus JS.
  • Translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces.
  • Collaborate with Rails engineers to integrate frontend components with backend logic.
  • Ensure accessibility, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 3–6 years of professional experience in frontend development.
  • Proven experience building frontends for Ruby on Rails applications.
  • Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript.
