Job Overview:

We seek a skilled Marketing Strategist to lead high-impact campaigns across channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, designing and scaling paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop multi-channel performance marketing strategies aligning with business goals, customer segments, and growth targets.
  • Campaign Management: Lead campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting across paid search, social, display, affiliate, and programmatic platforms.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend enhancements for campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor junior marketers, manage external agencies, and coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth campaign execution.
  • Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, creative, and analytics teams to ensure alignment on messaging, targeting, and tracking efforts.
  • Experimentation: Lead A/B testing, customer journey optimization, and conversion rate experiments to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare actionable insights and reports for leadership, providing transparency into campaign performance and recommending strategic adjustments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Proven experience designing and scaling high-impact paid campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and BI reporting platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and leadership.
  • Experience managing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to lead cross-functional projects and teams.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
