Project Management Position:

As a seasoned professional, we are seeking an experienced Deputy Project Manager (DPM) to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Civil engineering and project management, with experience in managing large-scale projects, particularly in Irrigation/Water Supply projects.

  1. The selected candidate should have successfully executed at least one project exceeding ₹500 crores in value.
  2. He/She must possess exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to command entire projects and demonstrate thorough knowledge of tender clauses, billing procedures, departmental correspondence, and claims resolution.
  3. Effective communication and negotiation skills are essential for resolving issues such as Forest Permissions, Highway Permissions, Local Bodies Permissions, and other related matters.
  4. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations is mandatory.
  5. The ideal candidate should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and create a collaborative and high-performance working environment.
  6. He/She should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to prepare detailed project plans, considering timelines, resource allocation, and cost estimates.
  7. Monitoring and controlling project progress, making necessary adjustments to meet objectives, and maintaining accurate records are crucial responsibilities.
  8. Additionally, the successful candidate should be able to negotiate with contractors, suppliers, and other vendors to achieve project goals.
  9. Proven expertise in budgeting, cost control, financial analysis, risk management, and strategic decision-making is required.
  10. Accounting principles, financial aspects, and quality control measures should be well understood by the candidate.
