Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in the design and development of workplace projects, preparing presentation drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations while coordinating with consultants, vendors, and contractors under supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate in the creation of innovative workplace designs from concept to execution
  • Prepare detailed and visually appealing presentation drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations
  • Work on technical specifications, BOQs, and detailed working drawings
  • Coordinate with external partners, ensuring effective communication and timely project delivery
  • Support site visits, documentation, and project coordination as required
  • Conduct research on materials, workplace trends, and best practices to enhance our services
  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions and design discussions to drive creative solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution
  • Strong design sensibility and interest in creating functional and aesthetically pleasing workplace interiors
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office
  • Familiarity with Revit and Enscape/Lumion is an asset but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and visualization skills to effectively convey ideas
  • Ability to take initiative and work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within our studio culture
