We are seeking an experienced Administration Head/Senior Manager to oversee all administrative functions within our organization.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in administration management, excellent leadership abilities, and strong organizational skills.

- Cultural Development: Foster a culture of excellence, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the administrative budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of integrity and transparency.
- Reporting and Presentations: Prepare regular reports and presentations on administrative metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights for informed decision-making.
- Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management strategies, minimizing potential risks and ensuring business continuity.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation, adhering to organizational requirements.

Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience: Proven experience as an Administration Manager, Administrative Services Manager, or similar role.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
