Senior MES Solutions Designer

This is a pivotal role in our organization where you will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) solutions that cater to the diverse needs of our customers.

The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in designing and developing MES solutions, as well as a deep understanding of system integration, manufacturing workflows, and industry standards such as ISA-95/88.

This position requires close collaboration with internal teams and customers to deliver MES applications, including design, software development, testing, and startup assistance.

A successful candidate will have strong technical skills, including MES implementation experience, technical design and development, and the ability to translate business problems into solution components. Additionally, they will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing MES solutions for clients
  • Collaborating with internal teams and customers to deliver MES applications
  • Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Translating business requirements into functional solutions
  • Providing workarounds for downtimes and critical incidents

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience in MES implementation
  • Expertise in technical design and development of MES functionalities
  • Ability to comprehend MES user stories and propose effective solutions
  • Familiarity with preparing demos for clients as part of project deliverables
  • Understanding of the CPG industry
  • Familiarity with ISA 95 standards
  • Knowledge and experience with ITIL framework
  • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively
