Job Overview

We're seeking a multi-disciplinary Lead Designer to establish and maintain brand identity and ensure digital presence reflects expertise and professionalism. You'll collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to translate complex technical offerings into clear, visually compelling assets.

Responsibilities
  • Website Design & Maintenance:
    • Design, update, and optimize website for usability, clarity, and lead conversion.
    • Ensure responsive, accessible design across devices.
  • Brand Identity:
    • Define and refine visual identity (color palette, typography, templates, iconography).
    • Apply branding consistently across decks, one-pagers, social, and digital campaigns.
  • Creative Assets:
    • Create presentations, infographics, case study layouts, and event materials.
    • Support marketing campaigns with on-brand visuals for LinkedIn, email, and industry events.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with sales/BDR team on outreach materials.
    • Partner with operations to design internal dashboards, visuals, and reports when needed.
Requirements
  • A strong portfolio in web design and brand development.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • An understanding of B2B branding, ideally in tech, SaaS, or AI sectors.
  • The ability to translate technical content into clear visuals.
  • Experience in responsive website design (WordPress, Webflow, or equivalent CMS a plus).
  • A strong eye for detail and consistency.
Nice to Have
  • Motion graphics or short video editing skills (for demos, social posts).
  • Familiarity with AI/ML, SaaS, or enterprise software industries.
