Job Summary

The ideal candidate for this role will have a solid educational foundation in design, with 0-1 year of experience in interior design or architecture.

  • A B.Arch, B.Des, M.Des, or Diploma in Design degree is required.
  • Prior experience in the field, though not essential, would be an asset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are crucial for success in this position.
  • A basic understanding of modular furniture and practical knowledge of SketchUp are also necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist Senior Designers in client discussions and meetings.
  2. Prepare meeting minutes and track project progress.
  3. Collaborate on 3D designs using SpaceCraft and Sketchup.
  4. Manage files across HomeLane's technology systems.
  5. Create commercial proposals using SpaceCraft and other quoting tools.
  6. Evaluate quotes for transparency and fairness.

Requirements:

  • Design education background: B.Arch, B.Des, M.Des, Diploma in Design.
  • 0-1 year of experience in Interior Design / Architecture.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Modular furniture.
  • Practical knowledge of SketchUp.
  • A great attitude.
