Financial Market Trader Job Description

At ADVENXA, we are seeking a skilled Financial Market Trader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of equity trading and be able to execute client orders with precision. Key responsibilities include:
  • Executing client orders and operating stock trading terminals with precision.
  • Confirming trades by the end of the day and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Updating clients on their positions and providing regular market insights.
  • Resolving customer queries promptly and effectively.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely execution of orders on the trading terminal.
  • Activating inactive clients and encouraging maximum participation.
  • Guiding customers to increase trading volumes and overall revenue.
  • Cross-selling other financial products and services.
  • Engaging in regular client interactions and conducting meetings to maintain strong relations.
  • Seeking references from existing clients to acquire new clients.
  • Keeping clients informed about market trends, company research reports, and new IPOs.


Requirements
  1. Equity trading
  2. Securities knowledge
  3. NCFM/NISM certification
  4. Commodity trading
  5. Proficiency in handling de-mat accounts
  6. Derivatives expertise
  7. Ability to “punch trades” accurately
  8. Familiarity with third-party products
