Job Summary:

  • We're seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in streamlining processes, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth.

About the Role:

  • Coordinate Across Teams: Work closely with departments to identify areas for improvement and implement process automation.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze call center data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Visualization: Develop compelling data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Actionable Recommendations: Translate complex data sets into actionable recommendations for the operations team.
  • Dashboards: Create comprehensive dashboards to provide insights for stakeholders.
  • Proactive Analysis: Conduct proactive and on-demand analysis to recommend solutions for performance improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coach team members and leaders to enhance their leadership and technical skills.
  • Process Management: Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation processes.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in BPO/Call center reporting, with strong Data analysis skills.
  • Technical skills in SQL or DBA tools, advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot), and experience with BI/ETL tools (e.g., Talend).
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and process improvement in reporting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage deliverables accurately and on time.

Work Hours:

  • 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM EST
