Expert Content Writer

We are seeking an experienced content writer with expertise in Generative AI to lead our team as a Red Teaming Specialist.
About the Role- Develop and execute strategies to identify vulnerabilities in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Create clever and sneaky prompts to test the limits of LLMs, targeting specific weaknesses defined by clients.
- Collaborate with language specialists, team leads, and QA leads to produce high-quality work.
- Work closely with data scientists to conduct automated model attacks.
- Complete extensive training on AI/ML, LLMs, Red Teaming, and jailbreaking.
- Adapt to shifting guidelines and requirements for different projects and clients.
- Keep up-to-date with evolving capabilities and vulnerabilities of LLMs.
- Meet productivity targets, including writing a high volume of prompts and maintaining average handling time per prompt.
- Bachelor's degree or above in English or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent writing skills in English, with strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics.
- Ability to adopt different voices and points of view, with creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
- Well-honed internet research skills and ability to navigate ambiguity with ease.
- Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment, with agility to adjust to evolving guidelines and requirements.
