Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled researcher to join our team in developing and testing AI models for complex problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biology and the ability to create challenging problems that push the boundaries of AI capabilities.

The researcher will work independently to develop and analyze problems, providing clear and constructive feedback on the performance of the AI models. Strong written communication skills, especially in remote settings, are essential for this role.

  • Evaluate the logic behind a researcher's claims about immune signaling, including IL-2's promotion of T cell proliferation, IFN-γ's activation of macrophages, and IL-10's description as pro-inflammatory.
  • Review a student's proposed strategy for studying plant stress genes, including CRISPR knockouts, qPCR for expression analysis, and phenotypic observation under drought, assessing the reasoning behind each method and suggesting refinements.
Requirements
  • Ph.D. or postdoctoral experience in biology, biotechnology, biochemistry, or a related field.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex scientific data.
  • Able to provide clear, concise feedback on the performance of AI models.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Comfortable working independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Stable computer and internet access, with the ability to collaborate remotely.
