Machine Learning Architect Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to take on the role of Machine Learning Architect, focusing on building and optimizing agentic AI systems that automate business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize domain-adaptive agentic AI systems that automate business processes.
  • Fine-tune large-scale pre-trained models with techniques like PEFT and SFT for specific applications and domains.
  • Design prompts using techniques like Chain of Thought and Few Shot to enhance model responses.
  • Build end-to-end workflows for AI solutions, from data collection and preprocessing to training, deployment, and continuous improvement in production environments.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to define AI product requirements and deliver innovative solutions.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning and AI engineering.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other ML frameworks, and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deployment and scaling of models.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and ability to work independently.
