Job Overview

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to fill the role of Assistant Accounts Manager at Samyojak Consultancy Services, a leading company in the Finance sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, coordinating invoices, and preparing financial reports while ensuring compliance with accounting policies and tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain day-to-day financial transactions of the company.
  • Coordinate and prepare invoices and payment orders.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports as per company requirements.
  • Conduct reconciliation on financial transactions.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits.
  • Coordinate and verify all accounting operations.
  • Analyze financial information to identify discrepancies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns.
  • Stay updated on tax regulations and implement changes to ensure compliance.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Ensure timely payment of bills and invoicing to clients.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting policies, procedures, and relevant laws.
  • Handle petty cash/cash transactions.
  • Perform periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare Management Information Systems (MIS) as per company requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
  • Relevant hands-on experience in accounts.
  • Knowledge of computer applications such as Word and Excel.
  • Experience in accounting software such as Tally.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
