Project Coordinator Role

This is a critical position within the project lifecycle where the Project Coordinator plays an integral part in ensuring timely and quality project deliveries.

  • The coordinator must execute project plans, schedules, and expenditures by organizing stakeholder meetings to guarantee seamless project execution.
  • The Project Coordinator oversees daily project activities from data assignments to Quality Assurance ensuring that all projects adhere to frameworks and are maintained appropriately.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders, derive data analysis needs for different projects.
  • Identify risks while maintaining project quality and accuracy.
  • Assign tasks to contributors/vendors and ensure timely high-quality delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with teams and departments within the company.
  • Build relationships with team members, contributors, and independent contractors.

  • Experience supporting Machine Learning data annotation services.
  • Fluency in multiple languages.
  • Basic knowledge of regular expressions and programming languages.
