Job Opportunity: AI Driven Business Insight Leader

At Genpact, we're pushing the boundaries of what's possible with AI and digital innovation. We're looking for a skilled professional to lead our data visualization efforts.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IBM Planning Analytics (newer version of TM1) along with Google Looker reporting capabilities. This role involves managing financial/operational planning processes, building insightful dashboards, and enabling data-driven decision-making for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of interactive Looker dashboards and reports.\
• Working knowledge of IBM Planning Analytics (newer version of TM1).\
• Design, build, and publish dashboards and reports using Looker.\
• Deliver complex data models and ensure efficient relationships and hierarchies.\
• Manage integration of data from multiple sources through advanced ETL and transformation processes.\
• Perform advanced analytics and build custom DAX calculations for actionable insights.\
• Own and implement data governance, security measures, and access controls in BI solutions.\
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements.\
• Partner with finance and business teams to understand requirements and deliver effective reporting solutions.\
• Mentor junior team members on Looker best practices and troubleshooting.\
• Document all processes, algorithms, and models for future reference.\
• Minimum Qualifications:\
  • \
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.\
  • Experience in BI tools (preferably Looker), including advanced DAX and Power Query skills.\
  • Strong expertise in data modeling (star schema, snowflake schema, fact/dimension tables).\
  • Strong command of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for data modeling and analytics.\
  • Experience with SQL and stored procedures.\
  • Working knowledge of IBM Planning Analytics (newer version of TM1).\
  • Proven track record in managing Power BI Service, including workspaces, gateways, and RLS.\
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.\
  • Proven experience in data modeling, ETL, and reporting solutions.\
  • Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:\

    • Experience working with cloud platforms and data warehousing.\
    • Exposure to financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.\
    • Prior exposure to data governance frameworks and compliance standards.\
    • Experience with SQL, DAX, and advanced Excel for data handling.\
    • Proven ability to lead cross-functional BI projects and mentor teams.\
    • Knowledge of AI/ML Concepts.\
