Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Plan and prepare menus in consultation with the management team
• Supervise and train junior chefs and cooking staff
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
• Manage kitchen inventory and ordering
• Ensure health and safety standards are met
• Contribute to the development of new recipes and menu ideas

• Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
• Proven track record of leadership and management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene practices
