We are seeking a seasoned leader to head our design practice for retail consumer technology in Bangalore.

This role will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of user-centered design solutions ensuring exceptional customer experiences and business impact across digital and physical touchpoints in the convenience retail sector.

As a Senior Engineering Manager you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of UX/UI designers researchers and content professionals overseeing the end-to-end design process from research and ideation through prototyping testing and final implementation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design with at least 5 years of experience in leadership or management roles demonstrated success in leading design teams to deliver high-quality scalable solutions for retail convenience or consumer technology markets.

You will also have experience working closely with product and engineering teams in a collaborative environment.
