Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Performance Marketing Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) to drive awareness, conversions, and growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, data-driven, and wants hands-on experience running high-impact campaigns for a fast-growing consumer brand. As a key member of our team, you will report directly to the brand and marketing department and work closely with creative, design, and e-commerce teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Driving Key Outcomes: Drive key outcomes – conversions, retention, and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
  • Data Analysis and Optimization: Continuously analyze campaign data, optimize targeting, creatives, placements, and bidding strategies.
  • Tracking Campaign Efficiency: Track budgets, daily spends, and campaign efficiency against KPIs.
  • Staying Updated: Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Sharing Insights: Share insights and reports with the marketing team to inform future campaigns.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A strong interest in digital marketing OR up to 2-3 years of experience in a related field.
  • An analytical mindset with comfort in working with data, numbers, and reports.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A passion for wellness, consumer brands, and e-commerce marketing is a plus.
