The ideal candidate will be a hands-on expert in AI and open-source technologies with a strong passion for teaching and mentoring the next generation of AI professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our team to develop AI training programs that are aligned with industry standards and best practices.
  • Perform training needs analysis to identify learner skill gaps and design customized training roadmaps that cater to individual needs.
  • Incorporate open-source technologies in the training curriculum and encourage community-driven innovation.
  • Mentor learners through projects, live builds, and capstone assignments, ensuring practical skill acquisition.
  • Create training content, documentation, assessments, and feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through performance metrics and learner feedback to enhance training impact.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to design AI curriculum in collaboration with subject matter experts.

  • Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, vector databases, and AI agent frameworks.
