Frontend Developer Job Description

We are seeking a talented React developer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new user-facing features using React.js and its core principles.
  • Build reusable components and libraries for future use, ensuring optimal performance across various devices and browsers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, delivering high-quality work that meets expectations.
  • Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code, leveraging strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Optimize components for maximum performance, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in front-end development.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality code standards are maintained, working closely with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Mentor and assist junior developers when necessary, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in React.js development, with strong proficiency in JavaScript and its object model.
  • Thorough understanding of React.js, including its core principles and popular workflows like Redux or MobX.
  • Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools, such as Babel, Webpack, and NPM.
  • Proficient in using version control systems like Git, with a solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
