We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Manager to lead our brand storytelling and communication strategy across digital and offline channels.

Job Description

As a Marketing Communications Manager, you will be responsible for defining and maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual identity. You will translate complex product and customer success stories into compelling narratives, build and manage marketing collateral such as decks, one-pagers, case studies, videos, and event materials. You will also manage and grow our social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting enterprise accounts.
  • Promote thought leadership and customer stories across social platforms.
  • Drive brand presence at Salesforce events, SaaS conferences, and partner showcases.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
  • Translate complex product and customer success stories into compelling narratives.
  • Build and manage decks, one-pagers, case studies, videos, and event materials.
  • Manage and grow GetGenerative.ai's presence on social media platforms (organic + paid).
  • Plan and execute Ads and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting enterprise accounts.
  • Promote thought leadership and customer stories across social platforms.
  • Drive brand presence at Salesforce events, SaaS conferences, and partner showcases.
  • Own pre-event communication, on-ground branding, and post-event follow-up campaigns.
  • Leverage HubSpot to run automated outreach and nurture workflows.
  • Design and execute cold email campaigns to targeted prospects.
  • Align ABM efforts with sales and partnerships.
  • Track performance of brand, social, and outreach initiatives.
  • Provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and strengthen brand positioning.
