Job Title: High Salary Manager Finance

We are seeking an accomplished High Salary Manager to oversee finance operations and provide strategic financial guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage month-end and year-end closures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Supervise accounts payable and receivable, maintaining optimal cash flow.
  • Oversee general ledger, payroll, cash receipts, and utility payments, guaranteeing transparency and compliance.
  • Conduct revenue and expense variance analysis, providing actionable insights.
  • Handle treasury operations, including budgeting and cash flow forecasting, to ensure fiscal stability.
  • Track and reconcile capital, fixed assets, and debt servicing, maintaining a healthy balance sheet.
Financial Reporting & Analysis:
  • Prepare and consolidate financial statements in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Deliver regular management information systems (MIS) and financial performance reports, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
  • Analyze key metrics such as yield, cost of borrowing, and Net Interest Margin (NIM), identifying areas for improvement.
Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensure adherence to relevant regulatory requirements, maintaining a strong risk management framework.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to address compliance queries and submissions.
  • Submit accurate and timely disclosures under established regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Strong experience in preparing financial statements, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Knowledge of IFRS; experience in Saudi Arabia is highly desirable.
  • Practical expertise in taxation, treasury, revenue management, and compliance, with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
