Insurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Premium and Billing team, handling key responsibilities such as:

  • Maintaining and updating project documents, schedules, and trackers
  • Supporting financial transactions related to payments
  • Coordinating with different teams for timely updates
  • Tracking risks, issues, and changes in the project
  • Following up on pending tasks and deadlines

The ideal candidate will have good communication and coordination skills, basic understanding of project management, proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, attention to detail, and good organizational skills. The selected candidate should possess 3-5 years of experience in U.S. Insurance, preferably life and annuity experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Maintenance: Ensure accurate and timely updates of project documents, schedules, and trackers.
  • Financial Transactions: Support payment-related transactions while ensuring compliance with established procedures.
  • Team Coordination: Facilitate effective communication among different teams to ensure timely updates and progress monitoring.
  • Risk Management: Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and changes that may impact the project's success.
  • Task Management: Monitor and follow up on pending tasks and deadlines to ensure project milestones are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication and Coordination Skills
  • Basic Understanding of Project Management Principles
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills
  • 3-5 Years of Experience in U.S. Insurance (Life and Annuity Experience Preferred)
