Job Title: Customer Success Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our client success initiatives in Pune. This role involves driving client adoption, delivering training, and providing technical support for our business simulation platforms. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Designing and executing client engagement strategies to increase platform adoption
  2. Developing and delivering customized training programs for faculty and students
  3. Providing prompt and effective technical support to clients
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address client needs

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
  1. MBA/PGDM with 2-4 years of post-MBA experience
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  4. Proficiency in MS Office suite
